Pet(s) of the Week!
Charli and Gigi are an awesome and friendly bonded pair! These two beauties were adopted from us as kittens and now find themselves looking for a home again, through no fault of their own.
This duo is just over 3-years-old and so loving and sweet. They previously lived with a dog so should be okay with a K9 friend in the home.
What makes them unique is that Charli (the white and black gorgeous love bug) is totally blind. She was born with a defect and needed both eyes removed. This doesn't stop her! You'll often find her on a top perch or weaving around your legs when you walk into the room. Gigi, Charli’s bestie and personal “seeing eye cat”, is also a friendly and very chill cat.
Two is always better than one, especially when it comes to friendly cats! Please help them find a loving home today.
Our Shelter
Each year, our shelter finds homes for an average of 500+ animals and reunites dozens of lost pets with their grateful owners. Our pets come from every corner of the state and stay with us as long as they need. We do not-- and have never -- euthanized for length of stay or shelter space.
Our Community Programs
Helping animals means helping the people who love them, too. Each year we donate over 50,000 lbs of free pet food to our community. We're proud to have regularly offered low cost vaccination clinics to our community, as well as spay/neuter clinics or veterinary care help for pet owners facing financial need. Feral Cats
Feral cats are among the most vulnerable animals of our region. We assist community feral cat volunteers & have a long history of trapping, neutering, & releasing (TNR) feral adults to allow them to live out their lives more healthfully, without producing litters of homeless kittens. Any kittens are adopted, generally in pairs.
